Rendition started out life a lot different to how you will find it in it's current form. Initially we focused on creating a high end fine dining restaurant and late night venue which felt ultra luxurious and exclusive.  But we learnt our lesson quickly, With the pandemic effecting everyone's lives so drastically we realised that we need to be inclusive, not exclusive. From this the new Rendition was born, focusing on great cocktails and lots of events to create a social atmosphere and create a refuge on Deansgate for that person seeking a smile, friendly face and some great produce. From our Management to our suppliers, to our amazing staff and wonderful regulars, our only mission is to create something that will last in the memory, still doing things our way, this is #ourrendition.
