Booking Terms & Conditions

We have a 15-minute grace period. Please call or email us if you are running later than 15 minutes after you're booked time. Tables between 1-5 covers will have a duration of 2 hours on the table and any table 5+ covers will have two and a half hours on the table. You may be contacted regarding your booking; so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date. Card details will be taken before arrival, but will not be charged unless you do not show up to your booking. Our standard fee for a missed table reservation is £25. Booking charges may differ depending on booking type, such as late night bar reservations.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made 48 hours before booking with no charge to your card details. Please let us know about any allergies or food requirements before or on arrival to your reservation with us. Please note in line with Government guidelines all guests are required to wear a face mask whilst in the venue (other than when seated). Table service only. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our team and guests. We therefore request you adhere to our social distancing rules at all times whilst in the venue.
